Arrived on time. Our experience was stress-free due to the fact that all of our options were explained in a professional manner. The technician was polite and efficient in all aspects. My husband has cancer and is extremely sensitive to odors, and so the carpet deodorizer used at the completion was a concern,however the technician tested a small area first to make sure the odor was acceptable, and it was. The carpet and area rugs came out beautiful !! The entire experience took about an hour, which was FANTASTIC !!! For satisfaction guaranteed......... Call these folks !!!!!
