When I called, the man on the phone answered all my questions and was very friendly. I had no trouble setting up my appointment. I was a bit put-off by the fact that they do not vacuum, I had to do that myself the night before the cleaning. The cleaning was fine, with the exception that there are still a few stains on my bedroom carpet. The carpet was dry by morning. I wish the man had put something over his shoes when he came in the house, because my wood floors were very dirty when he left. Overall, the service and price were pretty much the same I could get anywhere. I could probably just save up and buy my own machine and get the same results next time.

In regards to the pre vacuuming, due to health guidelines, most carpet cleaning companies do not offer that service any longer, the reason is that if the prior house that we vacuumed has cats and you are allergic to them, we take the high risk of contaminating your house. For this reason we ask that you pre-vacuum prior to our arrival.
