I made a 0800 appointment to get my spark plugs replaced and was told it would be done in around 3 to 4 hours. It wasn't done until 1700. No service person ever came up to me during that time to inform me of the status of my vehicle or why it was taking so long. Customer service goes a long way. I probably wont ever go there again for any service.
