At first, they were on the borderline of all bad marks, because the first time I went into Fowler 240, nobody said anything to me. I literally just walked around and they looked past me.

Somebody called me back later on, and they were supposed to see me, so I went in and gave them another chance. The sales rep promised me the car I wanted, and she delivered it. So, I didn't care about my earlier experience since I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Everything else was water under the bridge.
