So-so office set up and service...

The appointment set up, and first appointment for cleaning was a hassle due to a stressed and incomplete intake from the girl who answered the phone. The quoted arrival time is very "flexible" , which does not work well for those of us with other commitments to work around. ( I guess If you are away from home, or work out of the house all day, and don't care when the clean is done, this could work fine). Doesn't work for me. Not sure I will use them again. The cleaning itself was very good, but I can clean myself very good. I'm paying for convenience, which I'd score it a 3/10 on that.

We are sorry that you were disappointed in your first November clean, and appreciate that you remain a customer. The teams leave our office every morning at 8 am sharp, but as the work day goes on, our schedule becomes harder to predict, so we generally would recommend being first clean on the schedule if arrival time is important to you. Arrival times will depend on travel time, as well as the clean times for any houses that have been cleaned before you (and these vary) and last minute cancellations. We try to be as helpful as we can in estimating arrival times, but the best we can do is give time ranges for estimated arrival times, never specific times.
