I am appalled by the horrid customer service! I am in the home service industry and I cannot imagine speaking to a client the way the gentleman spoke to me this morning. I will NOT refer this company to anyone and will be sure to warn people of their always late over priced cleaning service. Shame on me for giving them a 3rd chance to prove to me the rave reviews online were legitimate!
