I just needed to add a response to the response back to my review from 5280 Housecleaning. I NEVER talked to Hanna regarding a follow-up on TIMES OR FEES. To say you didn't even charge me a lock out fee -- how dare you! Apparently you need to have a better conversation with your employees. I was not even present to even discuss future home cleaning. Really disappointed that was your response -- it made me look like a liar and you guys like "right on time" and no one "home". If you are going to respond to reviews -- please get your stories correct.
