I wanted to let you know how wonderful your crew is. Between constant travel and a crazy work schedule, I simply was not prepared when the crew showed up. They were a couple of hours earlier than expected, and needless to say, the house was a mess. I like to keep things picked up for them so they have more time to clean the actual dirt, and not deal with our messiness.
They handled it like the pros that they are, completely taking the messes in stride and were wonderful about it. They totally went the extra mile this week, and I really appreciate it - thank you and thank them!!!!!
