First of all, the people at Oak for Less are very personable. They are very nice people, very customer-service oriented. Michael called me to follow up when I initially called to inquire. He went out of his way to make sure that I was getting what I wanted at a very good price. When the product was mistakenly delivered to their store instead of my place, he and his wife delivered it to my home on their own time and effort. When I decided to add chairs to the set, the manufacturer turned out to be only an hour drive from my home and Oak for Less arranged for me to pick it up. They really went out of their way to provide good service. They seem like quality people and I've already told all my friends about them.
