A rep came out from Rose Fence a few days ago to give an estimate on some chain link fencing. We were informed that there is now an almost $800 minimum! The rep was informed that we had used him previously for a much more expensive job in the thousands of dollars and that some return customer support would be appreciated. The rep was rude and argumentative when pressed on the issue of his company's sleazy business practices in this community. I would not recommend this company to anyone in the Long Island communities! They want your money for the bigger jobs but you can go scratch if you have a smaller job. I personally will not be using them for ANY jobs going forward, They do NOT support the communities that support them. I have news for you Rose Fence, there are many fencing companies in this area including Home Depot and Lowes, we don't need you, YOU need us! You belong in a third world country where this kind of business ethic and model is tolerated, not here, not now or ever! No loyalty to repeat customers!
