I am a new patient to Dr. Sahakian- just started a cycle at pfcla and I already couldn't be more impressed!

First of all, he answers your emails! At my previous fertility clinic. (HRC Fertility), if I had a question about my treatment, i'd email the nurse or clinical coordinator, they would then ask the doctor, then the nurse would respond to me after 2 days sometimes. The wait would drive me crazy and I would go online and google information which made me more confused.

So far with Dr. Sahakian: EVERY TIME I have written him personally (no middle man) , not only did he call my cell phone to speak with me but he emails back within minutes!!!!!
We always hear about the "good old days" when doctors made house calls, Dr Sahakian is the next best thing to that!

I was also impressed with the office staff at their Glendale office. I needed to have a blood test recently but I was running late to work..the receptionist (Cynthia or Cindy, not sure) was so kind, she said she understood and let me right in. At my previous fertility clinic: I would have to take 3 hours off from work just to get a blood test! You were just a number on their list.

I am still a new patient at pfcla, but I have never felt like a number here. The doctor and staff have been great and treated me with personalized attention- as an individual patient.

I know picking fertility clinics is hard...Hope my review helped in your decision making! Dr Sahakian is wonderful! Hope to update more soon :)
