I am very pleased with the professionalism, service and quality of work provided by Team Luten Construction. Scott Luten was thorough and he took the time to sit with me and explain exactly what would be done during the installation of my new roof. He has assured me his company will stand behind their work. I am currently waiting for Team Luten Construction to provide me with the warranty for my new roof. Over the last several years homes in my neighborhood have suffered storm damage on several ocassions. My neighborhood has been flooded with roof companies trying to get business. After checking with the BBB and reading some literature left at my home by Team Luten Construction I decided to call. Scott showed up on time and was very patient as I asked a lot of questions. I believe my insurance claim would have been rejected if Scott had not been here to meet with the insurance adjuster and point out all the problems with my old roof. Before hiring Team Luten Construction I looked at three homes in my neighborhood, one home in Huntersville and one home in Mooresville where Team Luten Construction had installed new roofs.
