Crystal Overhead Door was wonderful. My door was off the track and they found that the cables had slipped. The door is a heavy, two-car, insulated door and the cables fell off track because the track is off kilter and therefore putting a piece of wood up to fix it will make it run more smoothly and not as apt to fall off track. After they did that, everything has been working good so far. The original installation was not a good job, which is why I've had Crystal Overhead Door come out a few times to fix the door for various reasons. They were recommended to me by my friend who was very happy with them, and I do refer other people to them as well.
