I had initially contacted them in May, inquiring about the work they had done on our complex. We wanted to do it in two stages, so they knew we were going to be doing more doors. I had initially contacted them to get an understanding of when they could come out, what the prices would be, etc. I never heard back, so I had to call them multiple times.

I finally talked to someone, who said they had the doors in stock. This was in August. I initially had been told they had to custom order them, and it would take 5-6 weeks. I had asked them to send me bids, they never emailed me once. When I asked about it they said "we didn't know you wanted the bids," which was ridiculous because I need to know how much I'm going to be paying.

We finally set up an installation date, and I had taken the whole day off from work. When I called them that morning to confirm and let them know we didn't need one of the doors, the person told me that I had to take it because they custom ordered it for me. He was caught in a lie, because the person I spoke to before told me that they had them in stock and that they weren't custom made. They didn't show up until around 5 PM that day, and didn't finish the work until around 7.

It just felt like one big unnecessary headache, it was just installing four garage doors. It seemed like I had to convince them to take my money and that I had to do all the work setting everything up. We live in a community where things need to be uniform and they had done the doors previously, otherwise I would have given up on them a long time ago. There was no follow up afterwards. The quality of the doors isn't bad, they actually did a good job, but the customer service was terrible.
