They are very personable, and very knowledgeable. Their experience is there. John, from Indoor Air Quality Solutions, IAQS, was able to answer a series of questions I had without hesitation. He told me that if he didn't know the answer, he would find out, but he knew everything. He knew how to make the brand new air handler work better. He never tried to sell me snake oil, rather, he gave me ideas from his experience to make it work more efficiently. Their professionalism was apparent. They had a job, came in and did it. While John talked to me, his son continued doing his job. Neither one of them allowed the discussion to distract from their work. Their work ethic is superb.
