Never use Royal Moving and Storage! On 8/27 I was told movers would arrive between 12-2 PM, they showed up at 3:55 PM ... the weather wasn't that great that day so I gave them the benefit of the doubt! There was very little communication on their end. However, it did take them 3.5 hours to move my one bedroom amount of furniture...probably because Wayne kept stopping to eat his lunch and to spill macaroni on my floor. When they were leaving he also handed me his trash to throw away!! I stored my furniture with them for 2 weeks until my place was ready... which cost $133.75...not bad I guess! My moving day came and they scheduled the move between 9-10 AM.  Wayne mentioned they planned to load the truck the afternoon before so they would be on their way early. Well at 10:30 AM, I decided to call and the man said they had about 30 minutes left of loading and would be on the way! So at 11:30 AM when no movers had arrived... I called again ... and mentioned that they were late the last time and that I had things to do today if they could please give me an accurate time of arrival, he said 1:00 PM. He did give me $25.00 off... which is nice but this is also super inconvenient! Then the movers arrived at about 12:50...whoa on time!! They wanted me to pay immediately without seeing my furniture and making sure that everything was all there after being in storage! Three pieces were damaged... my couch had a rip on the arm rest, my night stand had a gash in the front, and my TV stand also had a gash! My parents warned me about these guys... they used them a few years back and they broke the water pipe when unhooking the washer and dryer and refused to call a plumber and tried to fix it themselves! So never again... I spent over 1,000 dollars throughout the process only to have my  damaged and deal with their tardiness!
