First and foremost, the owner called the potential client (my friend), after they left a bad review. He proceeded to threaten her by saying he "knows where she lives, and he "knows the address she is moving to." This is completely unacceptable behavior from anyone, let alone a business owner.

The trouble started as soon as the movers showed up. It seemed they were instantly frustrated by the amount of items they had to move. They were rude and ready to leave.

They insisted that the details of the move had changed since the scheduling had been done. They certainly had not. The employees proceeded to say did not have enough people to do the job. They also said "this will take at least seven to eight hours." and they would "need a team of three people. As I said it was like they did not want to work.

The employees then told my friend "We don't work with people like you." Insinuating she lied about the move. Then they proceeded to leave the apartment, with no other words spoken.

This level of unprofessionalism is outlandish, to say the least. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
