Mike, the owner of Big Air Heating & Air Conditioning was very honest. He told you what you needed and no more, no less! A lot of other companies try to get you things you don't need, and you don't know this because you're a consumer. Mike's honesty was very forthright. He was not in a hurry to do the job, in that he came when I was ready so I wouldn't feel rushed or pressured. I recommend getting other prices and opinions first, and we were more educated before using Big Air. We thought Big Air Heating & Air Conditioning was the best out of the six companies we interviewed, and Mike's company seemed to be the most honest and reputable. Big Air replaced a heater and installed an air conditioning unit for us. They know their business!
