Big Air is great! They are affordable, trust worthy and do great work.
Mike is super friendly, honest and helpful.
Marcie in the office is friendly, helpful and responsive.
Sean is the tech who has been to our home two or three times. He is polite, friendly, does excellent work, protects the floors, cleans up the work area afterward, etc.
The only very minor complaint I've had is that I sometimes had to nag Mike a little to get answers to emails/voice mails I sent with questions. He is pretty busy, so sometimes a follow up call is required to get the information needed.
No one is perfect though, especially when it comes to contractors working in your home. It's not a huge deal if I have to follow up a little bit when I'm working with people who are friendly, honest, affordable, do good work and have employees whom I trust to be in my home, whether or not I am present.
Big Air is definitely my go to for any HVAC needs.
