Made an appointment and Mike came out a couple days later. He was early to the appt. He helped us understand our needs, provided recommendations, and seemed sincerely interested in taking care of my family. It almost felt like doing business with a family member. There was no pressure at all. He provided the quote and said he could complete next week if we decided to go with his company. I did my research as I always do and he stacked up very well. I called back and scheduled the installation. As promised, his team arrived, early again, and finished the install in less time than he said it would take.
We were and are still very happy with our Trane system and the service BigAir provides.
