Around Thanks Giving of 2012 we had our furnace and coil replaced by Big Air and our first contact with the co. rep (Mike) was the reason we went with Big Air mind that we had lower estimates then them....Any way the job was completed very fast and very clean by Nick & Shawn two very pleasant technicians. Just this last week (May 2nd) when temps went up to 90* we had to use our AC and we noticed very loud and annoying noise coming from our furnace. Mike came trough for us again and in less then a week later we had our new blower/motor replaced by Nick x2 ...I would highly recommend the company to anybody looking for fast, courteous,efficient and reasonable service.
