I have complete confidence in my Trane A/C, furnace and air cleaner. However, I returned to Big Air for new duct work, because my confidence is in the Big Air team. I am very satisfied with my my new attic duct work. The Big Air young men appeared at my front door, cordially introduced themselves and immediately went to work. They were all very polite and patient in answering any questions I had about the job. They took extra time to show me how to clean the filters in my whole house air cleaner. Also, an A+ for Michael Santa Maria, who has always worked with me in price and providing top men to do the job.
