Late and expensive

These guys arrived 30 minutes later than expected. We were charged a $75 service charge for them coming "after hours," which was supposed to be 4pm even though they didn't do anything. So, it was $75 for an estimate after hours. They quoted a price of $425-$495. I said no thanks, and called around. The VERY NEXT plumber I called quoted a price of $168 with no other fees.

We felt we had thoroughly explained that the after hours service charge would be more than usual for scheduling an appointment so late in the day. The extra charge was approved over the phone before the appointment was scheduled. We like to make our customers happy and we are not happy if you are not happy.
