Good service but did not follow through

Fivestar Plumbing Company helped me with a shower faucet. The plumber was able to fix the problem but said one of the parts was wearing out and would eventually leak. He did not have the new part and took a picture of it, to help him look around for it. He was supposed to check on that and get back to me, but he never did.
