We had an emergency, and they came out the same day, and took as long as it took to find the problem. It was a pipe that had burst and had tree roots grown into it. They fixed the problem to stop the leak, but told us it wasn't the final fix, and that it could happen again. They quoted the definite fix price, and gave us some helpful advice on how to prolong needing this fix.
