I called four different plumbing companies, the day my water heater went out. Fivestar was the first to arrive and diagnose the issue, unfortunately, the tank had to be replaced and Fivestar was a little higher than another company that was offering a larger storage tank, I asked Fivestar if they could meet, or at least come close, to the other company using the 50 gallon tank instead of the 40 gallon tank. Fivestar came within a few dollars of the other company and got the business because they were the first to arrive. Work crew was professional and got the job done in a little over an hour.
