Premier Appliance Services was referred to us from another service company. My wife was the one home while the technician worked to fix our compactor. He took apart the entire thing while taking time to explain to her what was wrong. Apparently, the part that needed replacing was a common failure. He showed her the brand new and upgraded part and explained how it had been upgraded. She said he was very professional and friendly throughout the entire job. We will definitely use their services again!
