Pratt Pest Management perform pest control on a quarterly basis. They are always timely and go when they say they're going to go. I haven't had any pest problems since I started the treatments. I wasn't at the house one time and there was an issue with the heat pump smoking. When the technician got in touch with my wife, he said he wouldn't leave until the issue was resolved and I think that really goes above and beyond the call of duty. He probably saved a fire! They do more than just pest control. They really take care of things.
