When we bought our house, they had a Terminix warranty. Terminix was a) a pain to deal with b) was using outdated technology and c) was expensive. Luckily, someone referred us to these guys. They've been excellent on service, coming out and treating any problem areas I've seen (it is Arizona - it is bound to happen). Best of all, it is a local company.
