Tech came on time and cleaned my 1 1/2 year old Trane furnace and air conditioner. I stated I was having problem with unit, Tech said he had to contact Trane regional, then would get back to me. Haven't heard from them since. Guess they don't do warranty work despite being listed on Trane's website.
