I asked what the issue was and the tech proceeded to service the compressor after a few checks. After a short period of time, it was discovered that the dual run capacitor needed replacement. A full servicing was provided and a full discussion about the AC system and servicing needs.

Bottom line - we received excellent service. The tech was excellent - knew his topic, kept us in the loop and educated us about the problem, age and systems available.
