They dont clearly tell you that they will charge you by minutes they spend to diagnose the problem (note that most companies have flat charge for diagnosis). Even if they do tell, be prepared for a time consuming diagnosis for simple problem and shell out more money for simple diagnosis and then exhorbitant quotes.
