Action Air conditioning was very professional, neat, and thorough. They explained what they were doing clearly, and I thought that their sales person made follow ups and acted in a professional manner. I appreciated that about them.

They installed a new heater and a new air conditioner, and they cleaned all the fluids and ducts. This was my first time using their services, and I expect this to be a once in a lifetime purchase. They did a find job and I had no complaints. The duct people forgot one step, but I didn't even notice until the service man came 6 months later and caught the mistake and fixed it.
