The technician, Steve Jones, explained everything that he was doing and even pleasantly provided me with operation and upkeep information. I know little about heating and A/C mechanics, but after Mr. Jones explained everything and actually stood by me to assure that I was operating the equipment properly, I am confident in continuing to use the equipment.
