Kaiser has been working with us for about 5 years now, maybe even longer. They've taken care of everything we've ever needed. They worked on things such as the thermostat and re-installing the garage system.

They come on time and they're clean. As for their value and cost for service, I felt it was a bit high because I'm on an annual contract and they skipped one of my appointments. They may alter my price at the end of my contract, but we'll see.

I'm very pleased with all of the work that they've done. The quality has been great.
