My air conditioning went out on a Sunday and Jim from Guaranteed Comfort and Energy was the only one to call me back immediately. He got us a brand new unit within 4 or 5 days. He got everything working even though he had to do the gas line and the coil in the basement. They worked really hard to get the air conditioning in. By the end, I was so surprised at how how quiet it was and how cold it was. I had never experienced the house being so cool. It was very surprising.
