He was very attentive, responding to my appointment request immediately, he responded quickly in follow up emails, and was flexible (he was willing to take payment over the phone so I could be absent from the apartment at the time of cleaning). The carpet cleaning results were amazing! This company is truly worthy of the name Five-Star.
