My experience with Welter Heating was a bit complicated, in that they installed a new furnace as part of the closing deal on my new home. I had discovered a leak in the old furnace before signing, and the previous owners agreed to replace it. They picked Welter, and I agreed since they were local and had good reviews.

I wasn't present for the installation, and really only dealt with them over the phone, but the system works great. The people at Welter were very accommodating during this somewhat complicated situation, with several parties involved. A few problems arose that were not their fault, yet they still took care of them. They were also helpful with all the paperwork I had to fill out. I will use them in the future if I have any issues.
