All aspects of my experience with ElkStone Basements were really good. I approach any sort of contracting work with a bit of reserve or suspicion, because it's usually a big investment. ElkStone has great customer service, and made me feel a lot better about the prospect of remodeling my basement.

Everyone from ElkStone is very friendly and professional. They were available to answer my questions regardless of the time of day, which was essential because my wife and I work long hours, and I'm often out of town. They were even willing to handle questions that were not their direct responsibility, which meant a lot.

Once the work began, the installers were very respectful of my house and everything in it. All of their subcontractors were the same. Basically, it was the best experience I have ever had with any contractor. ElkStone gave me exactly what I wanted, and were a pleasure to work with.
