Venture Window installed two windows for me in the spring. On one window, the screen had holes on it. I told the installers about it and they assured me they would have it replaced. The windows look good, but I am still waiting for them to replace that damaged screen.

More recently, they put in a door with a top and bottom lock. The key that I had for the door worked on the top lock, but not on the bottom lock. They were just here and they replaced the bottom lock. My key now works on both locks.

On the two jobs they've done for me, they have done great work. Their installer are kind and they clean up after themselves.
