Our sewage line backed up and we called our insurance carrier who called Citywide. The guy that came out was excellent and patient and explained to me what happened, why it happened and how to mitigate the situation. He also let me pick his brain about the plumbing so that was helpful. The reason I didn't give a full five stars for "will recommend" is because we had to wait for service longer than we were initially told when I called Citywide to check on their schedule. In fairness to them they're in Long Island and we're in New Rochelle (Westchester).
