The "Drain Doctor" showed up at my house a few hours before Huricane Irene was supposed to hit. I had not called but he wanted to stop by and make sure that the check valve/flap valve he installed was working properly. He needed to fix the alarm. Sure enough during the storm the alarm sounded and alerted us. All I can say is "wow". What great service.
