We had a leaking shower head and needed some help from Drain Doctor to stop the leak and fix the equipment. It all turned out pretty well. They managed to stop the leak and then they recommended an extra piece we needed to buy which they were willing to install for us later on but we were able to do that ourselves so it wasn't needed. I liked that they respond very quickly. If you call in the morning, they're there early that afternoon so that was pretty good. They're very reliable, in that regard, and it's something that I appreciated. They're reliable, knowledgeable of options and pricing, and are willing to go the extra mile, even though, in my case, it wasn't necessary.
