He follows through until the end and won't nickel and dime you throughout the process. Mine was a marijuana case and it lasted a year. Just be careful about other lawyers because they'll just tell you what you want to hear.

For other lawyers, you give the boss the check, and they'll just get a paralegal to go to court for you, and they don't know what's happening.
