Overall price and service were good. Staff was excellent to work with, with the exception of one bad egg that is no longer with the company. Staff was knowledgeable with regards to insulation, energy audit and what my home required. Where they lacked was in the knowledge of HVAC systems and how to install, properly, my ERV. That may have been a staffing issue, which has since been resolved.
