We had Princeton Air replace our AC system a year ago with one of their high-end units. Unfortunately, we noticed a month ago that our AC was making a high-pitched squeaking noise every time it cycled on. The service call to Princeton Air (charged to us) did not detect any issue. Over the next two weeks, our AC stopped functioning. After another service call, with a wait time of a week, indicated that it was likely due to a leak in the system and would require a separate service appointment where we had to wait for another week-and-a-half without AC. This service call indicated the leak was in the coil and would require a 4th service appointment to fix. Unfortunately, we are still waiting to have a functioning less-than-2-year-old system from Princeton Air. I regret using them due to the poor quality of the installation, product and follow-up service.
