I had seen Jim from Handyman Matters working on a neighbor's roof, so I gave him a call. He did what he was supposed to do. He came out and checked the roof out. He found several loose shingles caught in the eaves, but saw the roof itself was fine and wasn't missing any shingles. I'd use him again.
