She was professional, and very patient in her explanations. RMs are quite complicated and need to be clearly understood before signing up.
There was no pressure and it was apparent that Maggie sincerely wanted to help. It was with great relief that I signed on and I'm grateful that I made the decision to get a RM, because it has allowed me to stay in the home that I love. maggie gave me the confidence to do it.

Another important quality of Maggie is that she is always available to answer any concerns or questions even after going in to the RM. This has meant everything to me and supports the fact that she is not just interested in making a sale,but really wants to help.
