Disaster Cleanup Services are on the ball when it came to getting here and getting the work done. They were able to get here quickly even though it was a busy time for them and they had a lot of clients they were working with. They were very efficient about minimizing damage and were very communicative. They got their equipment in with no issues and got to work. They removed the moisture. Overall, I thought they did a very efficient job.

However, the process is still ongoing, it's taking a little bit of time to get everything totally cleaned up, I'm not sure why that is. And it's still clear to me that they haven't cleaned out all of the contaminated areas yet. For example, under the washing machine and dryer, which were right next to the drain, it was obvious they hadn't been moved, I pulled out debris that had been caught under there, but clearly there is more contaminated material under there. Also, it looked like toilet paper had come back into the room from a drain, and instead of being picked up, it had been pressure washed and I found toilet paper under the hot water heater! When I pointed that out, they came back out and did it again, but the toilet paper is still there! This was disappointing, because the rest of their service and work was so good. But I found their attention-to-detail was lacking when it came to cleaning.

I did think they worked really well with us and with our insurance company. They were great with providing information and photos to our insurance in a timely manner. Also, I thought they did a good job inventorying everything. They really worked with us!
