The water main broke in my basement so substantial damage was done. I would say on their part, they did everything they could as timeliness goes. Unfortunately, I have private and HOA insurance so there was time lapse while they battled out over who covered what. That was the main issue which doesn't have anything to do with Disaster Cleanup. It just meant that they had to leave a lot of equipment in my house but in the end, they took care of it.

It was, overall, a frustrating experience but there's no blame towards Disaster. They were great in getting what needed to be done on their part.
